Create the team, invite the players, start building the fund.

Setup

Start with the person who runs the team fund.

Keg Ledger works best when the team organiser sets it up first. They create the team, check the settings and invite everyone else with a join code.

How much does it cost?

Keg Ledger is free for teams to use.

If you are the admin

  1. Download Keg Ledger from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Create an account with your email and password.
  3. Choose Create a Team.
  4. Name your team.
  5. Check the team settings, including drink cost if your team uses that feature.
  6. Share the team join code with your players.

If you are joining a team

  1. Download Keg Ledger from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Create an account with your email and password.
  3. Choose Join a Team.
  4. Enter the join code from your team admin.
  5. Update your display name so your mates know who they are looking at.

When should we start?

Start before the next game day or social event. It is easiest when everyone joins before the team fund starts moving for the week.
