Questions your team will probably ask

Keg Ledger is built for amateur sporting teams that want a visible team fund without turning one poor organiser into the full-time treasurer.

01

What is Keg Ledger?

A shared team-fund app for tracking drinks, contributions, cases supplied, expenses, payments and approvals.

How it works

Using the app

Quick answers

Is Keg Ledger just for beer?

No. Drinks are one common use case, but teams can also use it for contributions, shared expenses, cases supplied, dinners, trips, Mad Monday and club social funds.

Does Keg Ledger move money?

No. Keg Ledger records what has happened and what has been approved. Teams still handle the actual payment however they already do it.

Can the whole team see the fund?

Yes. The point is shared visibility: members can see activity, what they owe, what has been contributed and what the team fund has been spent on.

What does Keg Ledger focus on right now?

Keg Ledger currently focuses on drinks, contributions, cases supplied, money paid, expenses and approvals.

What if someone logs the wrong thing?

Admins approve key actions, so the team has a second check before the team fund is treated as accurate.
