How do I use Keg Ledger?

Make sure you understand how it works.

I've bought a case, what do I do?

Open your Keg Ledger app, go to the Activity screen, tap on "Add Case". The Team Admin will confirm it in their app.

There's beer I want to drink, what do I do?

Probably make sure your game has finished first. Yell out "KEG LEDGER!" and see if anyone else wants a beer while you're going to the fridge/esky. Grab the beers hand them out and remind them to tick it up in Keg Ledger. Open your Keg Ledger app, go to the Activity screen and tap on Add Beer.

How do I see how many beers I've had or how much I owe?

Open the Keg Ledger app and look at the home screen for a summary. If you want to see a break down of when it all happened, go to the Activity screen to see the history.

I owe too much, how do I get that number down?

Pretty simple. Pay what you owe to the team. Start by looking around at all the faces of hte people you've been free loading off while you've been racking up this debt and then put your hand in your wallet. Give the money to the Team Admin and then open the Keg Ledger app, go to the Activity screen and tap "Pay". Enter how much you paid and submit. The Team Admin will confirm it in their app. (You can get your admin's bank details and transfer the money if they are happy with it, but you still need to enter it in the app).

How do I see what other people owe, have drunk or how many cases they have provided?

Open the Keg Ledger app, go to the Team screen and you can see all the current team members' status, ordered by the number of beers people have drunk. Go ahead, hassle the person that owes the most money, or hasn't provided any cases yet.

How do I see what the Admin has spent the money on?

Open the Keg Ledger app, go to the Spend screen and see the list of what the money has been spent on.

As an Admin, how do I confirm what people have done?

Open the Keg Ledger app, go to the Spend screen and you will see the actions to confirm at the top. Approve and reject as you see fit.
