How Keg Ledger works

A simple shared record for the team fund.

The short version

Everyone can see the team fund, not just the organiser.

Keg Ledger gives your team one place to record drinks, cases supplied, contributions, money paid, expenses and approvals. It is designed for amateur teams with a social side, where trust matters but memory gets a bit fuzzy after game day.

There is one admin and many team members

The admin creates the team, shares the join code, approves activity and keeps the team fund accurate. Members join the team and record their own activity as the season goes.

Members record what happened

Team members can log drinks, record payments, add cases they supplied and see their activity. The goal is simple: if someone did something for the team fund, it gets recorded where everyone can see it.

Admins approve the important stuff

Admins can confirm payments, approve supplied cases and track expenses. That keeps the team fund visible without relying on scattered group-chat messages.

It does not move money

Keg Ledger is not a payment processor. Your team still handles transfers or cash however you already do it. Keg Ledger records what was paid, what was approved and where the team fund stands.

It works best with team trust

Keg Ledger is built for teams that already trust each other enough to share a fund. It helps make the fund visible and accountable, but it is not trying to replace common sense or the team organiser.
